How long does a funeral order of service take to print and deliver?
Order by 6pm on a working day and a 4-page funeral order of service takes 3 working days to print and deliver on our standard service, or 1 to 2 working days on express. Booklets of 8, 12 or 16 pages take 4 to 5 working days on standard and 1 to 3 working days on express. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

What happens after you order (standard service, 4 pages)
Place your order by 6pm, our print deadline on working days. We do not print or dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays.
Pre-flight checks, printing, finishing and packing. We dispatch on day 2 and email you the tracking.
Delivered by tracked courier, the next working day after dispatch.
On express we dispatch on day 0 or day 1, for delivery on day 1 or day 2. Booklets of 8, 12 or 16 pages take up to two days longer: 4 to 5 working days on standard, 1 to 3 on express.
Express service
Express is available to UK mainland addresses only, excluding the Scottish Highlands. You choose it at the first step of checkout, where we ask for your delivery postcode to confirm express is available. The earlier in the working day you place an express order, the more likely it is to arrive the next working day.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and addresses off the UK mainland can take an additional 1 to 2 days with both DPD and Royal Mail. Choose an address where someone will be in on the delivery day, such as your workplace. Once your order is dispatched you can track it here.
Samples and download-only orders
Printed samples are posted free by Royal Mail 1st Class, an untracked service. Download-only orders need no delivery: your PDF appears in your account within 5 minutes of ordering. Log in and download it.
Prices & Options
How much does Collage Cover cost to print?
Funeral order of service prices per order for each page count at standard turnaround, on House Stock for the 4-page folded card and Traditional for the 8-, 12- and 16-page booklets.

- Printed orders of service are zero-rated for VAT, so the table prices are the full cost of the printing. Delivery is added at checkout (DPD Next Working Day £5.95, Royal Mail Tracked 24 for lighter orders £3.90).
- Order by 6pm on a working day.
- Standard: 3 working days to print and deliver a 4-page order of service, 4 to 5 working days for 8-, 12- and 16-page booklets.
- Express: 1 to 2 working days for 4 pages, 1 to 3 for booklets, UK mainland only (not the Scottish Highlands).
- Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and off-mainland addresses: allow an extra 1 to 2 days.
- Express orders go to a separate press and production team; the press is built for quick turnarounds and more expensive to run, so you pay for faster printing, not a faster courier.
- Samples are printed on our standard press, so an express run can differ slightly from your sample in colour or finish.
- Once dispatched, your order is with the courier; delays on their side are outside our control.
- 8-, 12- and 16-page booklets are saddle-stitched, two staples through the spine, and the binding is included in the price.
- Add or remove pages in the design tool; we offer 4, 8, 12 and 16 pages, and the price follows the page count.
- Add as many photos as you like, at no extra charge.
- Free watermarked digital proof at checkout, so you can check every detail before we print, and printed samples if you would like to see one first.

Returns & Refunds Policy
- Once your order is confirmed and paid—including print orders, digital downloads, or a combination—it can’t be cancelled. That said, we may be able to make changes if you contact us immediately after ordering.
- If your printed order arrives damaged or with a fault caused during production, we’ll offer a free reprint or full refund. More information is available in our Terms and Conditions.
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery to [email protected], ideally with a photo or two to help us get things sorted quickly.
- Unfortunately, we can’t reprint or refund for typos or layout mistakes, so please double-check your design—or consider ordering a printed sample before committing to the full run.
