Step 1 – Browse Our Designs
• Explore our gallery to find the perfect design for your event. Use the top menu, search bar, or visit our stationery products page. Collections like wedding invitations and save the date cards are grouped by style, making browsing simple.
• Narrow your search by colour, size, orientation, and occasion—ideal for products like framed photos or acrylic photo blocks.
• View prices and delivery times with our easy-to-use calculators next to each design. Express options are available for many popular products if you’re in a hurry.
Step 2 – Design Online
• Start designing by clicking the “customise” button next to the design you like. Edit names, dates, and more with our user-friendly online designer. You can also change fonts, sizes, colours, and add text boxes to fit your style.
• Upload Photos: add personal photos to your design—perfect for thank you cards, save the dates, and funeral orders of service. You can place photos anywhere on your template using the “Add Photos” feature.
• Add Icons: Enhance your design with icons, from champagne flutes for weddings to playful images for baby thank you card designs. Make the template your own!
Step 3 – Printing & Digital Downloads
• The choice is yours!: print with us and enjoy a range of premium card stocks across the board. We also offer superb multi-page booklet options for items like funeral and wedding orders of service. More information on our professional printing service can be found here.
• Prefer to DIY? Download a print-ready digital file for as little as £12.50, perfect for home printing, using a local printer, or sending out digitally.

Step 4 – Proofs all round!
• Before committing to a full print run, we recommend ordering a printed proof. You’ll receive a single copy of your personalised design on your selected paper stock.
• If you’re just checking for spelling or formatting issues, we also offer a free proofing service, allowing you to download a watermarked digital version. Both options can be chosen at the checkout.

Step 5 – Confirm & Pay
• Turnaround Tiers: Many of our core products, like order of service booklets, come with both Standard and Express turnaround tiers, ideal for last-minute orders. Choose your preferred turnaround tier at checkout. More information on shipping and turnaround options can be found here.
• Finalise your order: enter your delivery details and securely pay through our Worldpay checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number, allowing you to track the status of your order.
• For digital downloads, your confirmation email will include everything needed to download and share your template.

Once your order is placed, we handle the printing and ship your personalised stationery or photo products directly to you via next-day courier. You’ll receive email updates as your order progresses, and you can also track your order here.

Yes, once you’ve finished customising your design using our online tool, you’ll have the option to download a digital proof. This lets you review your work and ensure everything looks perfect before placing your order.
Are there options to reorder previous designs?
Absolutely! If you need additional copies of a past design, simply log into your account, where your saved designs are stored for up to six months. From there, you can easily reorder without starting from scratch.
What happens if I make a mistake in my order?
If you spot an error in your design after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at Customer Support. We’ll do our best to assist you, although changes may not be possible if the printing process has already begun.
