Your printed SEATING ARRANGEMENT PRINTING is courier delivered to your address
- All printed stationery orders are delivered using DPD's courier service.
- Tracking information is sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
- Printed samples also are processed on the above schedule, but delivered by First Class post.
Download-Only Order:
Delivery of digital, download-only orders could not be simpler: your artwork will appear in your account section within 5 minutes of placing your order. All you have to do is login and download your PDF.

Returns & Refunds Policy
- Once your order is confirmed and paid—including print orders, digital downloads, or a combination—it can’t be cancelled. That said, we may be able to make changes if you contact us immediately after ordering.
- If your printed order arrives damaged or with a fault caused during production, we’ll offer a free reprint or full refund. More information is available in our Terms and Conditions.
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery to [email protected], ideally with a photo or two to help us get things sorted quickly.
- Unfortunately, we can’t reprint or refund for typos or layout mistakes, so please double-check your design—or consider ordering a printed sample before committing to the full run.

Frequently asked questions
Table plans typically take 3 full working days for printing and delivery. For example, if you place an order on Monday (before 6 pm), it will be scheduled for delivery on the following Thursday. However, keep in mind that production and delivery times may differ based on your location. You should anticipate an extra 1-2 days for locations in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and addresses off the UK Mainland. We offer two size options for our table plan designs: A1 (594mm x 841mm) and A2 (420mm x 594mm). Choose the best fit for your wedding reception venue and size of guest list.
Our user-friendly platform allows you to easily customise the selected table plan design, including table names, guest seating, and personal details like wedding venue, date, and you and your partner's names.
Yes, our platform provides 18 different table layout options to accommodate various wedding sizes and seating arrangements. For example, if your wedding feast is down one large banquet table, then we have a format for that. Or if you're having multiple smaller tables, we have table plan formats to suit that as well.
We do not currently have an option to upload your own seating plan design, however you can edit fonts, colours, and add photos to all the design in our collection. In other words, you can definitely give existing designs a very personal touch!
Our foamex boards are waterproof and weather-resistant, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor events.
You can display the table plan board on an easel (not included), or lean it against a chair, table, or wall at your reception venue.
The terms "seating plan" and "table plan" are often used interchangeably, and they essentially refer to the same thing.
