How long does a funeral announcement card take to print and deliver?
Order by 6pm on a working day and your funeral announcement card takes 3 working days to print and deliver on our standard service, or 1 to 2 working days on express, whether you choose flat or folded cards. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If you order by 6pm today, Thursday 1st October, for delivery to a UK mainland address outside the Scottish Highlands

What happens after you order (standard service)
Place your order by 6pm, our print deadline on working days. We do not print or dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays.
Pre-flight checks, printing, finishing and packing. We dispatch on day 2 and email you the tracking.
Delivered by tracked courier, the next working day after dispatch.
On express we dispatch on day 0 or day 1, for delivery on day 1 or day 2.
Express service
Express is available to UK mainland addresses only, excluding the Scottish Highlands. You choose it at the first step of checkout, where we ask for your delivery postcode to confirm express is available. The earlier in the working day you place an express order, the more likely it is to arrive the next working day.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and addresses off the UK mainland can take an additional 1 to 2 days with both DPD and Royal Mail. Choose an address where someone will be in on the delivery day, such as your workplace. Once your order is dispatched you can track it here.
Samples and download-only orders
Printed samples are posted free by Royal Mail 1st Class, an untracked service. Download-only orders need no delivery: your PDF appears in your account within 5 minutes of ordering. Log in and download it.

- Standard: 3 working days to print and deliver. Express: 1 to 2 working days, UK mainland only (not the Scottish Highlands).
- Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and off-mainland addresses: allow an extra 1 to 2 days.
- Express orders go to a separate press and production team; the press is built for quick turnarounds and more expensive to run, so you pay for faster printing, not a faster courier.
- Samples are printed on our standard press, so an express run can differ slightly from your sample in colour or finish.
- Once dispatched, your order is with the courier; delays on their side are outside our control.
- Add as many photos as you like, at no extra charge.
- Free watermarked digital proof at checkout, so you can check every detail before we print, and printed samples if you would like to see the card first.

Returns & Refunds Policy
- Once your order is confirmed and paid—including print orders, digital downloads, or a combination—it can’t be cancelled. That said, we may be able to make changes if you contact us immediately after ordering.
- If your printed order arrives damaged or with a fault caused during production, we’ll offer a free reprint or full refund. More information is available in our Terms and Conditions.
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery to [email protected], ideally with a photo or two to help us get things sorted quickly.
- Unfortunately, we can’t reprint or refund for typos or layout mistakes, so please double-check your design—or consider ordering a printed sample before committing to the full run.
