Frequently asked questions
Acrylic photo blocks are modern, frameless solutions for displaying your cherished photographs. They consist of high-quality photo paper adhered to the back of a 2cm-thick, glass-like acrylic block. The process of photo printing on acrylic gives a vibrant effect to your images. The depth of the block allows light to bounce within, enhancing the visual appeal of your photos. These make perfect photo print gifts for loved ones or sleek decor pieces for your home or office.
On our product page, you can select from a range of designs and sizes. Designs vary based on the number and location of photos — from single photo layouts to special collages. Some designs allow adding and personalising text. You can choose between a small (10cm x 15cm) or large (15cm x 20cm) block, both 2cm thick. After selecting your design, you'll be taken to our online designer section where you can customise your acrylic picture block by adding photos and text.
Our designs can be used for anything! We think they are especially great for showcasing holiday photos, pet photos, baby photos, family portraits, or wedding photos. They're also great for displaying pieces of art, branded decor, certificates and awards, or table numbers and names.
To maintain the vibrancy and clarity of your acrylic photo blocks, gently clean their surface with a mild, soapy damp cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaning products that might damage the block.
Once you've customised your design and placed your order, we'll send it to print. We offer a 48hr turnaround on working days. For example, if you place an order on Monday, you can expect delivery by Wednesday. Our courier partner, DPD, provides trackable delivery. You can track your order through your customer account.
Your personalised acrylic photo block will feature a sleek, modern design with a glass-like finish. The image you choose will be printed on high-quality Fujifilm photo paper, resulting in vibrant colours and clear detail. This photo is then securely adhered to the back of the 2cm-thick acrylic block, giving it an impressive 3D depth effect. The block is freestanding, perfect for display on any flat surface like a desk, shelf, or mantlepiece. The overall result is a stunning display piece that brings your favourite images to life.
Acrylic photo blocks make excellent gifts, especially when you personalise them. Consider the recipient's taste when choosing the image — it could be a cherished memory, a beloved pet, or a favourite landscape. These blocks are perfect for commemorating occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays. If the recipient enjoys changing up their decor, the versatility and easy mobility of these blocks make them an excellent choice. For an added personal touch, choose a design that allows you to include a personalised message along with the photo.
Acrylic photo blocks are crafted with a focus on quality and durability. We start with a 2cm-thick block of acrylic that has a crystal, glass-like finish. Your chosen image is then printed on premium 210 gsm Fujifilm Lustre photo paper using a process that ensures vibrant colours and long-lasting quality. This printed photo is then adhered to the back of the acrylic block, creating a product that not only displays your photo beautifully but also enhances it with a unique depth and richness.
Absolutely. Our acrylic photo blocks are designed to be free-standing, allowing for flexible display options. The thickness and weight of the 2cm acrylic block provide stability, so it can stand independently on any flat surface. Whether on a desk, bookshelf, or mantlepiece, your photo block will stand securely without the need for additional stands or supports. This design feature makes acrylic photo blocks a convenient and versatile choice for showcasing your favourite images.
