Prices & Options
How much does a wedding order of service cost to print?
Wedding order of service prices per order for each page count at standard turnaround, on House Stock for the 4-page folded card and Traditional for the 8-, 12- and 16-page booklets.
Showing quantities up to 250. Use the button for larger runs, or type a quantity above.
- Printed orders of service are zero-rated for VAT, so the table prices are the full cost of the printing. Delivery is added at checkout (DPD Next Working Day £5.95, Royal Mail Tracked 24 for lighter orders £3.90).
- Order by 6pm on a working day.
- Standard: 3 working days to print and deliver a 4-page order of service, 4 to 5 working days for 8-, 12- and 16-page booklets.
- Express: 1 to 2 working days for 4 pages, 1 to 3 for booklets, UK mainland only (not the Scottish Highlands).
- Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and off-mainland addresses: allow an extra 1 to 2 days.
- Express orders go to a separate press and production team; the press is built for quick turnarounds and more expensive to run, so you pay for faster printing, not a faster courier.
- Samples are printed on our standard press, so an express run can differ slightly from your sample in colour or finish.
- Once dispatched, your order is with the courier; delays on their side are outside our control.
- 8-, 12- and 16-page booklets are saddle-stitched, two staples through the spine, and the binding is included in the price.
- Add or remove pages in the design tool; we offer 4, 8, 12 and 16 pages, and the price follows the page count.
- Add as many photos as you like, at no extra charge.
- Free watermarked digital proof at checkout, and printed samples if you would like to see one first.
- Deciding between a folded card and a booklet? Our guide to choosing the right page count for your wedding order of service will help.

What happens after you order (standard service, 4 pages)
Place your order by 6pm, our print deadline on working days. We do not print or dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays.
Pre-flight checks, printing, finishing and packing. We dispatch on day 2 and email you the tracking.
Delivered by tracked courier, the next working day after dispatch.
On express we dispatch on day 0 or day 1, for delivery on day 1 or day 2. Booklets of 8, 12 or 16 pages take up to two days longer: 4 to 5 working days on standard, 1 to 3 on express.
Express service
Express is available to UK mainland addresses only, excluding the Scottish Highlands. You choose it at the first step of checkout, where we ask for your delivery postcode to confirm express is available. Let your creativity flow, and design a wedding order of service that’s utterly you!
Great question! At Utterly Printable, we offer wedding programmes ranging from 4 to 16 pages. Each side of artwork counts as a single page – the front cover is Page 1, the inside-front-cover is Page 2, and so on, all the way through to the last page of your wedding order of service.
Let’s break down the difference between the page options. For the 4-page order of service, we fold an A4 card in half, which provides a front cover, back cover, and two inside pages. It’s simple yet elegant.
For more comprehensive wedding ceremonies, or if you want to include numerous photos, our 8, 12, and 16-page service booklets are perfect. These traditional booklet-style products involve binding multiple pages together with two staples along the spine, creating a beautiful keepsake for your wedding guests.
Remember, the number of pages in your wedding order of service must be a multiple of 4 due to the binding process in production. Whether your ceremony is short or long, we have the right wedding order of service design for you!
The traditional size for a wedding order of service is A5 in a portrait orientation, which measures 14.8cm wide by 21cm high. This size has been favoured for several key reasons:
- Readability: A5 provides ample space for clear, legible text and vibrant images.
- Portability: The compact size of A5 programmes makes them easy for guests to carry and keep as a memento.
- Printing and cost-efficiency: A5 is a standard size, making it widely available and cost-effective for printing.
- Distribution: A5 programmes are convenient to stack, organise, and distribute on your big day.
However, at Utterly Printable, we’re big proponents of personal expression. So, watch this space for new and creative wedding order of service options coming your way soon!
